  4. But the manufacturers view will be different they wont want to develop product to different standards ie 4737 and 50131 etc

  8. it will lock out because the panic is still in alarm. you need to restore that alarm first at the button

  12. sia is an American signalling format all that is in 50136 is transmission time, end to end reporting etc. Not the actual protocols used as such
  13. I don't know the panel but is it working as expected and just the tones are different, different version etc?
  14. it was needed because there wasn't a full suite, we are still calling bs up in the current version. Don't know if there was any agenda as it was before my time.
  15. I would of thought you could. I would assume it meets 6662 anyway. And you could self certify assuming it does
  16. rich that isn't the case. The manufactures don't want pd6662 and are trying to get rid of it. But other people, myself included want it but not for protectionism
  17. I wouldn't think we will go back to 4737 we will continue with 50131 but maybe with less influence on it.
  18. you can but pet sensors imo are rarely ideal. Your asking a movement sensor to ignore movement

  21. Anyone have an idea why MS spent so much on it. Does anyone use it here?
  22. question it fitting is more important that serious comms?
