I'd suggest it's past it. But if you want to keep it I'd bridge the Reed and use the external connections only. But as its the oldest electronic thing in your house it must be time to upgrade or if your not fussed just decommission it You ought to look into wireless polling etc not just assume a signal will make it. The rf environment is way different now than when that was considered good

yes shows neg tamper return and neg bell trigger. Whats the external sounder look like Im assuming F2 is intact

as above it could be externl sounder. That age it probably isnt an SAB so could be sounder failure, cable failure, panel failure etc etc

also your z4 tamper is that. Its the last signal the panel recieved it is waiting for a tamper restore to clear it. Turning the battery off will ensure it cant send any signals

i dont, without knowing the cause just slowing down the sensor is hiding the issue and making for a potential no detection

yeah cant show coverage to level 1 users. How you do this when doing a walk test without emptying the building is another issue

you wont be able to, but if went it tamper before and you havnt reset it, it may be locked out so wont go off anyway
