Fault is optional for higher grade detectors just wire it as you have for alarm and tamper

That's because you know how they work. Security isn't the prime concern, keeping tech support demand low is.

problem is logon people like ring etc they have no tampers, as above its not deemed important thats why diy stuff doesn't have it

it is. But you need to add group restrict to the users too

use group restrict on the max, keypad and user. Program the user to both groups. re the sounder just program as e/e horn for each group
