  1. You would probably be better off using a wireless pir in the required location then lighting from your apartment. But a cheap led light probably won't cut it and you will likly need a narrower light output. Mounting to the cladding has issues anyway ie grenfel but a decent fixing will be another anyway

  6. Use a grade 3 contact that is immune to external magnets etc rather than detects. What brand you using in this case
  7. As above its not a worry, but if that concerned don't use them at all. But if you have them there is an input to disable the microwave. It's a popular Israeli detector

  13. yes just a panel upgrade is needed. Any wired panel with app support would do it. Just need to check if the keypads have circuits on them
