That panel didn't exist in 1987 Plus it's the later style the old one was rectangular and had 3 different case options

Yes that's a zone omit as a user function. You need to remove the zone in programming.

You would probably be better off using a wireless pir in the required location then lighting from your apartment. But a cheap led light probably won't cut it and you will likly need a narrower light output. Mounting to the cladding has issues anyway ie grenfel but a decent fixing will be another anyway

Use a grade 3 contact that is immune to external magnets etc rather than detects. What brand you using in this case

As above its not a worry, but if that concerned don't use them at all. But if you have them there is an input to disable the microwave. It's a popular Israeli detector
