  1. If others are reading I'd suggest the coil inside the tag is broken
  2. Don't beep in the detector, maybe the elite does unsure. Voltek don't either but used to fit little sounders to them
  3. The newer GSM unit is 3g
  4. I don't think you can, you need to fix the supervision issue as the detector probably won't work if it activated. That's the whole point of supervision alarms
  5. Combined shock and contact
  6. Arnt baluns designed for utp?
  7. Always have contacts on entry door as 6wb
  8. In pet areas I'd always recommend perimeter protection
  9. I'll have a word!
  10. It's the best I could find for the cost.
  11. Agreed cca is budget stuff I'd only use copper myself
  12. You definetly connected it correctly?
  13. Ni cads can take a lot of abuse when I used to race model cars you could put more into them than so called fast charging today. Used to thermal charge at a stupid temp limit. Used to put the thermocouple on the pack. Ni mh was a good compromise of capacity etc but I'd go nicad on a bell if I wanted to design one
  14. It wasn't lithium based back then
  15. Piezo needs high voltage old school mylar cone speakers need less but require more power. I prefered the lower freq as it gives more range but looks worse on spec sheets at 1m
  16. I rate the multi box sia uses them but only the g3 one
  17. No one really cares about a custom bell and the client certainly doesnt
  18. As 6 it's the hardest place for a component. But no reason for it not to be microprocessor based, our cars are for instance.
  19. As you have I'm sure someone will be in touch
  20. I don't use the gear but iirc that panel is a really basic premier. As the keypad that's been added is a prox one I think you will need to upgrade the panel which isn't a bad idea anyway
  21. Yes but becareful of the predrilled hole size of the dclip. Also can use plclips without predrilled holes when hidden. I was also meaning for other cable types Most of the clips are plastic however I think the 800 replaced the above
  22. Agreed on the d line. Also use a spit nailer for speed with pirelli clips
  23. What does the socket look like?
  24. Hello and welcome I'd go with the notification option re 2 sabs but could be remotely powered or no internal
