sounds like an external sab tamper issue without its internal battery connected. Turning all power off should make your external sounder activate

We use our own brand that isn't hik based. There are quite a few brands actually manufactured by hik -
Polyprop was poor but yes polycarb is good. Back then it was self cert/true its a bit different now

If others are reading I'd suggest the coil inside the tag is broken -
Don't beep in the detector, maybe the elite does unsure. Voltek don't either but used to fit little sounders to them

I don't think you can, you need to fix the supervision issue as the detector probably won't work if it activated. That's the whole point of supervision alarms -
