  14. bell is bell - set needs to be one of the programmable outputs telephone doesn't matter a and b is 2 and 5 in the master socket
  15. It maybe your phone line converter. If it has comms in the queue it will keep retrying. dissing is disconnecting if you have dissed one of the legs then its not the device hogging the line. When you say engaged what do you mean, I took it to mean it was dialling etc?

  17. if you use home3 / home4 numbers iirc these will dial a phone there are 4 different tones depending on the alarm event

  20. I'm fairly sure a 16+ can dial directly a mobile etc. It's been a few years since I've worked on a 16+ though. I'll check a manual when i get to a pc
