So thanks for the replies. Don't feel able to contact the installer as he is a family member who has serious health issues (advanced testicular cancer). He has bigger problems to worry about. Can anyone give me a bit of guidance or recommend an engineer in the Wolverhampton area please? Regards Zach

Hi can anyone tell me how reset the system please. My some tripped over the battery box in the loft and it registered it as a tamper event! Thanks in advance Zach
