Thanks everyone for responding. Yes i have a number of ADT devices 868-0 ready to be installed. The installer menu requires a pin code, this is what I am stuck on. I see that it is not allowed to be disclosed on this forum, maybe someone could let me know how I might find it?

Good Afternoon All, I purchased a second hand Visonoc ADT PM-360R but I cannot get into the installer menu to add my devices. I was wondering if anyone has any advice or could point me in the right direction? Thank you Tom
