  1. It’s a high value shop. We have done the install and now are getting Chubb to take over and do monitoring and maintaince. Should be a grade 4 once finished with signalling ect we want to know that the glass is broken before then enter as it’s bullet proof glass
  2. Shutters are 1m inside
  3. So if I the shock sensors on double knock to prevents false alarms from someone banging the window. This wouldn’t be grade 3?
  4. Aluminium. Would it be ok to use shocks. Double knock? Would that still be grade 3 certified
  5. We have a motion sensor but if glass is broken this won’t set the motion sensor off
  6. Sorry. What is the best thing to do. would it be a faulty sensor. what’s the best break glass sensor to use?
  7. Have installed an alarm in my shop. Texecom elite system. we have a risco break glass sensor fitted onto the ceiling. we have a double door system but when the door closes it tends to slam and this sets of the break glass sensor. Also there is a mag lock on the door and that locking also causes the sensor to go off
