Thanks didn’t think of that, it was was already connected so assumed it was a programming error or power down reset, i’ll Give a whirl

I have a customer with a line fault constantly showing on the enforcer v9.13
There is no comms in use so i have been through the programming and checked for anything comms pstn related that’s enabled which all seems ok,

I need a zone configured as a keyswitch to remotely reset via an autodialler. The zone types available don't appear to have the option only ksw bat, which doesn't do anything. The 2nd part of the zone type where you can select norm/bias is fine but can't seem to figure out how to set the system with the zone types available. I've tried it on zone 5 and zone 8 but nothing. I'm using eol and can see res change from 11k to 4k7 ok. Any advise would be good if anyone else has done this on this particular panel
Yes based in Rotherham but used to travelling around so not really an issue, usually very busy but the companies i work have dried up abit hence the post.
Works dried up abit at the mo, so i'm looking for any subcontract work if anyones got anything. cover all the major disciplines 25 yrs exp. IPAF/CSCS gold card, HNC qualified, NICEIC approved, all insurances etc, Thanks Neil
