Hi Chaps Wondered if you could help. Ive a Scantronics 9651 with engineers codes etc. i recently moved a PR Sensor for decorating and tripped a fuse on the board. While out of use (awaiting fuses) I took the opportunity to remove the keypad and clean the contacts as several buttons were not working properly. Afterwards I changed the relevant fuse and despite having codes I’m unable to reset my system from a Bell Temper & Aux DC Fault. Any tips would be gratefully appreciated. many thanks Steve

Hi guys I follow this forumn from time to time but this is my first post. Had a question on my Agility 3 - I noticed on the version I have, I cannot change certain settings like: System: controls: Configuration Software Enable (Yes/No , Default is Yes) Also cannot change settings like: Default Enable (currently set to N) ARC enable Therefore, looks like I have been given the Sub-Engineer code thus limiting those changes? If I proceed with Dip3 change to default and power cycle, will it perform the reset although the “Default Enable” is currently set to No on the system? You advice will be appreciated. Many thanks Max

It seems my Euro46 App panel only likes to unset using the same method it was set by, with the exception of code which unsets happily... Is there a way to config the panel to unset by any, regardless? For example, I set by App earlier, and she tried to unset using her Tag, but was unable to and had to resort to Code. We only have Zone A configured, and all codes, tags, fobs and app are configured to set/unset A only. Flexi Set is on for Code, but nothing else. Flexi Unset is off.

Apologies for reposting what others have experienced, but in my case I do have (what is supposedly) the engineer's code, and I'm still being locked out. Display: "Reset Required > Sound Tamper" Lights: Power LED (green), Service LED (red) I've tried typing in both the Engineer's code, and my own but in both cases the display says the code is invalid. I suspect I already know the answer ("the Engineer's code you have isn't the right one"), but I'm just posting in case I've missed an RTFM moment, such as 'press x, then key in the code'. I'm not hopeful, but I'd be a fool not to even ask if there's something I can do without the expense of calling out an engineer. Thanks in advance.
