Hello guys, I have a Risco Agility 3 with IP and GSM - both comms working fine. I have defined two Follow Me (FM), 1 = Me via SMS and 2 = The Wife via SMS also. I as FM1 get all SMS for events defined no probs. However, FM2 (i.e. The wifes phone) does not get anything - her phone is defined correctly - FM test successful (she gets a text) and she can set/unset via sms no probs. Is this by design perhaps, that the system tries the FM numbers in order and if FM1 IS successful, i.e. a SMS was sent ok to FM1 THEN IT IGNORES ALL OTHER DEFINED FMs? If so then it's a bit silly, as we would both like to get SMS for all events defined. Any thought and ideas will be appreciated. Many thanks.

I am not a professional installer. I purchased enforcer-32-we with digi-gsm module 2 years before and installed at my home. It is working fine. The GSM module send alarm notifications by SMS. But I contacted the pyronix support and they told that the UK version does not support SMS remote control. Are there any cheapest options to include this feature to my system. If so please let me know the options clearly. I prefer GSM as it is more reliable as intruder can cut my telephone line before intrude. If this is not possible, I am ok with other options.

Hi I have an agility 3 with GMS module & IP module The alarm is working correctly, and the app notify me of alarm notifications. What I have wanted to sort out is SMS notifications for set/unset events. I have a TESCO PAYG sim card in place with enough credit. The check balance function works fine, but the follow me won't notify me of set and unset events. I have set the SMS centre number, and defined the follow me numbers - ensuring the correct events have been selected. However on set/unset I get no sms messages. If I send an SMS to the panel such as <user code>ST - I get an appropriate response; also I get a message from the panel when test the FM number through the keypad. I have also made sure the FM Call All is set to Y in the installer menu. Can anyone offer any ideas ??? Do I need to enter mobile & SMS centre numbers as: 07xxxxxxxxx or 00447xxxxxxxxx or +447xxxxxxxxx Best wishes James

Hello Everyone, I bought ENF32GB-WE one year ago. I would know if this version will allow me to arm/disarm my system remotely by sending sms ? Thanks.

I'm trying to get some Galaxy panels to send alarms through SMS modem pools via GSM transmitters that emulate PSTN. I've tried it with both the 16+ (SWE 3.69) and the Dimension48 and a couple of different GSM Transmitters but it simply won't work. It dials out fine but can't connect to the modem. I've pretty much admitted defeat already but it would be nice to know why it won't work and if GSM -> Modem is generally known to create issues.

Have just installed a Pyronix Enforcer with DigiGSM (the Enforcer GSM Kit) and am having trouble with some of the SMS functionality. The Enforcer sends SMS messages when it is supposed to, but does not respond when SMS messages are sent to it. The marketing brochure says that the DigiGSM is supposed to be able to control the panel, and should also forward any incoming SMS messages to the primary number. It isn't doing either of these. Am also trying to use the DigiGSM to dial out for UDL, but that does not seem to work either - the dial out connectivity test fails. Also, calls to the DigiGSM SIM card number are not answered despite the panel being set up to auto-answer. I'm using a SIM that doesn't support CSD (the 'data' number), but I had assumed that the SIM would still 'ring' on a call to the voice/text number and the panel would still answer. Is this supposed to work the way I'm trying to use it? The Pyronix website is confusing as it looks like the export model has different functionality (and has an app for Android), but the UK marketing brochure leads me to believe I should be able to do what I'm trying. Any help or clarification very much appreciated. At this point I just want to know if this is supported by the UK panel. If not I can give up, but if it should work I will keep troubleshooting. FWIW, everything else on the Enforcer is working like a dream.
