Also many insurers make a lot of special conditions when it comes to using heat(gas soldering irons) on site and ladders, these conditions are not usually very clear, but again can prove costly when it all goes wrong.

Spoke to BIB earlier this week and they were very helpful and knowledgable. Good level of cover inculding efficiancy for a very competitive price insured with AXA. Will probably go with them.
