Many firms under insure simply because they use a broker who genrally deals in general insurance and does not have any specialist knowledge. You will only find this out when you have to claim. Also many insurers make a lot of special conditions when it comes to using heat(gas soldering irons) on site and ladders, these conditions are not usually very clear, but again can prove costly when it all goes wrong.
