LeonThePro Posted April 22, 2006 Posted April 22, 2006 I have almost completed the process of setting up as a sole trading, trading from my home address and have been looking at getting some business cards printed. Question is should I put my home address on my business cards? What do you think? Any disadvantages etc?
Guest Posted April 22, 2006 Posted April 22, 2006 My home address is on my business cards, never had any problems in 7 odd years of doing it. The only reason you might not want people to know where you live is if you are planning on doing a runner. I always ensure that my contact details include a mobile and landline number and address as it reassures customers. I see businesses advertised all the time with just a mobile no. and while they be legitimate businesses it's not very confidence inspiring that you know nothing about them. They could be pikeys for all you know.
Guest rjbsec Posted April 22, 2006 Posted April 22, 2006 Tell them who you are and where you are or you will lose their confidence.
whistle Posted April 22, 2006 Posted April 22, 2006 All my details are on my cards Land Line, Mobile Number, 0845 Number, Email and Web Site details The more chance of a customer contacting me to spent some cash the better.
