Help needed with alarm timer on TS690 panel

Hi,

I am using a Menvier (Cooper) TS690 panel along with NETLCD remote keypads and an SD1+ Speech Dialer.

An alarm condition occurred recently, the external sounder in the bell box worked for 20 minutes then reset (as per system timer 06 - Bell Duration), but the sounder within the remote keypad kept going (for over two days until I returned to the property).

I can't find a timer which sets the internal sounder on the remote keypad. Is there one?

There is no sperate timer for the built in sounder in the keypad, It sounds like a fault on the keypad itself.

Hope its still within its warrenty date as these days the NETLCD keypads cost an arm and a leg.

It maybe worth contacting menvier the number is on the back of your eng manuel,

there have been a lot of softwear changes lately and I know some have got to do with the keypad itself.
