As was mentioned above, none of the engineers here are obliged to help you but a bit of common courtesy goes a long way. Regards Bellman 1: yes, they just keep sending me info for the newer version 2: why change it when it doesnt need it? are you gonna go buy a new computer because you cant change the date on your existing one?
