Guest Alarm Guard Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 you can set a premier as no or nc you have the choice Yep.. 24 was designed after 48
Guest Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Yep.. 24 was designed after 48 Learn something new every day! I've only ever fitted the 48's, never come across a panel with programmable input options of NO\NC. Noted for forgetting in the future.
Baldwinalarms Posted June 5, 2006 Posted June 5, 2006 can any one till me how to change the zone setting ie form normally open to normaly closed zones using wintex software for a premier 48 panel Not sure as I've not used this option my self, you don't say which version of wintex you are using! If it's not the latest then look in Global system options, then Config options, tick box 20 or 21. You aso don't say what and why, I'm sure you have a good reason for this, carefull this will change all zones on the panel. Have you tried connection your open cct device betweb the alarm to the anti=tamper loops that will have the same efect. Don't forget to close the alarm loop together and then the anti=tamper loop. god luck
sparky83 Posted June 5, 2006 Posted June 5, 2006 weird .... you guys are right only looks like you can do it on the premier 24. Saved me a call to techical when I come across this one day. You could always use a relay to turn it into normally closed. ....interesting stuff Trade Member
