What Force area are you in?

West Yorkshire

You are wrong, I would suggest that you consult with your local force administrator for clarification, the payment is simply an administration fee and URN's are issued against a system not an individual.

QFA

Change in alarm company requires the admin fee

What? new maintainer = 35 quid fee, the sub should know the urn any way.

As soon as a contract is cancelled the urn should be cancelled by maintainer.

Thats the point they wont release the contract, insist they run to term. We have URN but not alowed to do sod all till they release it.
