esp-protocol Posted June 11, 2006 Author Posted June 11, 2006 It's like the prospective mother, legs akimbo about to give birth, and she says to the midwife "is there anything I can do to help??" and the midwife replies "no love..... your not qualified"
leesutton Posted June 25, 2006 Posted June 25, 2006 By rights a ladder is only a means ov access and not for working from...... If we service cameras on some sites we cant even use ladders it has to be a picker. Guest rjbsec Posted June 25, 2006 Posted June 25, 2006 I like some of the answer options in the series of questions in the JIB HSE test for site workers, e.g. Q) A ladder giving access to a scaffold can generally be safely used, provided that:- A3) Any broken rungs are clearly marked. Q) What should you do if you see a small fire? A1) Nothing ... you will only get the blame. Q) What should you do if the fire alarm sounds? A1) Go to the canteen and get a cup of tea.
