morph Posted June 6, 2006 Posted June 6, 2006 I would suggest you contact the installer who installed the alarm and arrange for them to visit and reprogram the alarm. The details may be on the panel or the box outside. Alternatively get a local engineer to do it, without the code you will not be able to do anything yourself. You can get a user manual at Texecom
Guest Alarm Guard Posted June 6, 2006 Posted June 6, 2006 If it was programmed for single button setting, you would have been able to set the alarm without the correct code. That is possibly what happened.
