Biker C Posted June 11, 2006 Posted June 11, 2006 thank you for your prompt responsei have just tried but it doesn`t work I keep have En in the display I have tried as well to keep pressing 0- but it s the same no change apart of a bip Engineer reset required or service timer timed out, he probably forgot the code and created keepad tamper. ask your exististing engineer to set it up for customer reset and or take the timer off. If you can't get hold of him anymore post where you are and i'm sure someone on here will help.
ranger Posted June 11, 2006 Posted June 11, 2006 Agreed. Engineer reset required. Most likely because as you say, he forgot about the code last time and the panel may be set up to require an engineer reset instead of user when this happens. Unless something else has happened, sounds like a detector/keypad tamper to be honest Call your engineer or post you location and someone may be able to assist you. Regards, Ranger The above is my personal opinion and not that of my employer or anyone else.
