He was never banned in the 1st place, and his "Eng" account is still active.

He left of his own free will after threatening to sue me if I didn't remove ALL his posts and his user account.

He then creates the "gramyos" account which i remove after several complaints regarding his comments in this thread, and then creates another account "sparkyboy" which i also remove. Having multiple accounts/identities on this forum is not permitted.

:hmm: i thought you had disabled he's a/c but left his posts up, just tried to check but lthe ast topic gaz posted has been removed???

Yes I did, and yes it's still disabled. But that's all besides the point, Gaz has been banned twice for offensive language and offending members and after promises of being a good boy had been un-banned twice. He then states publicly that he's leaving, then month's later re-registers under a new name and starts up-setting members again.

Sorry but why should I let him back here.?

And why should the community rules not apply to him.?
