breff Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 Now be brave and let us see inside the control panel The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct! (Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)
Brian c Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 I hate to say this but didn't you work for these guys?Admit it Bri, its one of yours isn't it? Yup, I did for a while. Pleased to say I had nothing to do with that one except rip it out, though! If you don't know......ask.
Guest Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 Panel lid as mentioned, how ya get it off? As was a new install as such, cables (not wires, they hold fences up) showing. You did say you were going to do your best in previous to hide cables..............Trunking .............noooooooooooooo. But looks thought out, you`ll be good after another 100 or so practise sessions. Be nice as mentioned to see inside the panel and detects. But, fair play. You have done what you said and posted, expected riddcule. Far neather than some pros i have had the problem to know. I think a clap is in order. If its a thunderstorm, hope ya earthed everything right......muwhahahahahaah
Guest Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 Pictures as promised.I am awaiting to get some Trunking to finish off the wires. bedroom window contact wonky, very close to frame, how ya going to fit them wires in mini trunk?
superpiper Posted August 1, 2006 Author Posted August 1, 2006 Hello. thanks for the kind comments. Well chuffed!. The control panel is tight but it does come off without hitting the ceiling. The wonky window is, i agree, wonky, but that was a ***** up. I'm lost as to how i could have got the cables to the sensors without using mini trunking, i tried to have the exposed cable as short as possible??? I will remove the lid of the control panel, as well as a few sensors, and take pictures tommorow.
Adi Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 Tricks of the trade mate. I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
