Guest dun_that Posted January 14, 2004 Posted January 14, 2004 Hello all, along with all the other rules and regs we are taking on board. I now have to get a CSCS card, this is easy enough in the first instance but will only last for five years when to replace it I will require an NVQ. As an engineer who has been in this business longer than I care to remember, I have no paper qualifications and no desire to sit in class room listening to a guy who really knows nothing about this industry except the rules. Any one got any ideas how to go about getting these pieces of paper. PS, just found this site, first impressions it seems great, why havent I seen it before :
morph Posted January 15, 2004 Posted January 15, 2004 Speak to the NSI or SSAIB they both do NVQ training or go to Sito to find an independent provider. Colin.
Guest dun_that Posted January 16, 2004 Posted January 16, 2004 I cant imagine why i never thought of them, SSAIB seem most promising but awaiting response from tham all. Any way thanks a lot for spending the time to reply.
