fire panel fault

I have a choride cp2 fire panel and a few days a go two lights come on telling me that there was a fault on the sounder loop but iv checked them all and carn,t find nothink rong? has any one any idears what it could be?

Could be a cabling fault or water penetration?

i found the problem i opend the lid of the panel and one of the wire was out.
