Veritas Alarm - Can't Reset - Dull Sound On Keypad

Apologies in advance if this question has been asked before. I have a Vertias alarm, I don

Your control panel has crashed , the battery is most probably goosed , as it should have kept your system up and running for 6 - 8 hours in the event of a power cut.

You will require an engineer to revive it , battery test etc.

If you post your location , there may be someone from the forum who can help you out.
