Guest gavogue Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 I switched off my power today to do some work on the electric. My alrm went off, but quickly faded and stopped (I would not expect the siren sound, I would expect the system to remain active using the back up battery). Now the power is back on, but the control panel is not responding to the keypad and all the display lights are on (all except '1'). Is it just a dead battery and is it simply a case of replacing the current battery, or is there some kind of routine that must be followed in order to get the alarm working again? regards Gavin (Midlands).
Adi Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 What part of the midlands? I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
