arfur mo
It could also be a fault on the panel or a short in the cable between negative and trigger.... or the bell may be wired wrong.... The possibilities are numerous. You need an engineer! QFA, from our joint suggestions it shows just some o the faults we recognise and deal with almost every day. if you thinking of changing the siren again given the risk of a fall and the very high voltages avaiable in an active strobe circuit call in an engineer. you should benifit from his know how and get valuable advice as to new technology available, you have not got to buy it, but at least you will be made aware. it sounds flippant i know but as with all tradesman, you pay for what he knows how to do, not just what he actually does, if the fault persists after his visit he will most likely carry out further diagnostics free or a reasonable rate. post you town/area and someone on here from trade will i'm sure contact you. regs alan If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
