Got a very basic single phone 5 wire Terraneo entryphone that's lacking communication skills at the moment, the customer can hear the caller speak but the caller can't hear her. It's been working fine for a couple of years, tried another phone, no joy, so I assume it's the amp/speaker in the external unit. I'd like to avoid buying a whole new kit if I can but can't find Terraneo themselves (bought the original from Gardiner Security). Any ideas?? , Richard (Hodgheg)
