Barsnake Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Why The Wires Go Remote Seen A Screen Working Off A Came Stand Alone Two Channel Radio Receiver And Transmitter
Red Fox UK Posted November 2, 2006 Author Posted November 2, 2006 Can you find a 240v version of that?? Even if I could the projector does not give out a 240v when it is running. Why The Wires Go RemoteSeen A Screen Working Off A Came Stand Alone Two Channel Radio Receiver And Transmitter I could go remote, but Id rather just hook it up to the projector. james.wilson Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 no but you could put a standalone compact transmitter on your projector, running on a battery. The reciever would need 12v but you could hide that by the screen securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.

Guest Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 Just that you have all stated everything i have said about 3 times over now. Just in varying degrees!
bellman Posted November 2, 2006 Posted November 2, 2006 as James mentioned, the fan is probably 12v and could be used to drive the relay. Service Engineer and all round nice bloke ) The views above are mine and NOT those of my employer.
Red Fox UK Posted November 2, 2006 Author Posted November 2, 2006 Surely this relay will work... You said you have 12 volt from the projector. No, the relay needs current also to work, but the projector trigger does not provide much current on its 12v. So you need the current from a seperate 12v source, then simply the projectors 12v trigger on the boards sensors. This is the whole problem, the projector does not provide decent current on its trigger. Red Fox UK Posted November 2, 2006 Author Posted November 2, 2006 So one last problem, whats the best and most compact way of getting 12v from 240v the same way those massive black bricks do Red Fox | Hosting Affordable and Reliable UK Based Web Hosting
