247 Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 Hi Guys, I hope some one here can help I need to Install 2 Fully functional domes into an eves of a building, due to the nature of the building they cannot be wall mounted and the customer does not want a dome hanging from a ceiling mount bracket, he wants the cameras flushed mounted into the eves of the building which is very simple to do, however contacting Norbain today they cannot reccomend and flush mount camera for an external application.. Can any one help recommend a camea, The spec has to be day / night with Ir cut filter, and at least a 10X zoom The camera will not subject to rain however will be out in the frost. Thanks in advance If not whats the smallest Ptz dome available

WatchdogSecurity Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 system q may have something but its best pming paul. or chris at cop security if they may have something, as you would be able to us these companies as u are in the trade. Dennard have a Adaptor for just the head with no pole on: Its not completely flush but just has the dome head sticking out. Still not probably what you want. Watchdog Security (Manchester)
breff Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 Eneo do a Vandal proof PTZ with 10x zoom, I cant post a link but go to www.eneo.co.uk, the model is EDMC-142, its not day/night though. The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct! (Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)
247 Posted November 9, 2006 Author Posted November 9, 2006 Thanks for the reply I found one, its a LG (LG-OI553HQ/G) , i have used them before and they were not too bad, Not what i really wanted but did not want to take the risk of putting in an internal dome and having it fog up on me
