I have come across a Fire Panel with a "Power Fault" this panel has: CODE ALT 514" on the front.

Does anyone know the make of this panel or heard of it.... As i could do with a user manual ( for my customer..)

Thanks.

The Rafiki is in the same plastic case as a CB200 which came first but is not a two wire system

Rafiki shared the plastic mould for the case with several other companies who have used it for completely unrelated panels and is flippin' confusing at times, especially now Rafiki rebadge theirs as well.

If it has alt 514 on it then definitely a Rafiki twinflex as the other stuff has different software, and the manual link above is spot on.

We specialise in Rafiki if you need any more help, as do several other members on here.

I meant to add that Rafiki have full manuals including installation and engineer manuals on their website: www.rafikiprotection.com
