Texecom Premier Expertise Requested!

Hello

I am new to this forum. I've quickly read through the rules and hope I'm not transgressing any forum etiquette.

I have a Texecom Premier 48, running about 12 zones using an 8 way expander, 3 bells and 3 panels. All the ancilliaries are Texecom.

The system was put in new by an alarm installer about 6 months ago, but he was not familiar with the programming. All the cabling was new and was put in by an electrician and myself.

We had a problem with the PCB because a couple of functions were missing on one zone only. This was replaced by Texecom by return and the new one cured the fault. Then the other night the bell box on the expander went off in the middle of the night and I had to go out in my jimjams and remove the siren feed (with earmuffs on). I am beginning to wonder whether Texecom is a bit flakey?

I would really like to find an individual or company who is familiar with Texecoms who can fix the bell and program the system up properly. The installer was a really nice chap but the programming was quite different to the Scantronics he usually fits - it was my fault, I liked the design of the Texecom. I am in Edenbridge, Kent. Is there anybody with Texecom product knowledge in the area?

As Sparky said, Spy Alarms do cover Edenbridge and yes we have fitted 100s if not 1000s of Premiers, give the office a call on 01732464649 Im sure they will arrange for a surveyor to visit FOC who will quote for taking over the system.

The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!

(Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)
