PThomas Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 I am sure I have seen decorative exterior wall mounted lights with built in CCTV cameras somewhere on the internet when I have been trawling about, can't see them anywhere now Can anyone help?
Matt the Teckie Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 It might be worth checking out the board cameras from Genie. They're small enough to fit into just about anything. Last time I checked they were only 35 x 35mm. You never know, if you can find a wall light at B&Q that camera can fit in, you might onto a good little earner.
Alpat Systems Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 A little off topic , but I recently went to Oxford for a weekend break. In the main shopping street they still have the old street gas lights. If you look closely, they now house dome cams up in the top of them, so like Matt said you could possibly fit a board cam into an existing outside light. Infact I'm sure I've seen one built into a gnome.
