[/quo Initial monitor all the boots stores though! They just got all Focus diy stores now,. Just finished an new install on one. Following that announcement, strong interest in purchasing the business was expressed by a range of credible potential purchasers. Accordingly a formal sale process commenced in January 2007. This process is ongoing and second round participants have been selected, with resolution expected by June. Net proceeds would be used to pay down debt.
