Guest kev241 Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 I know wireless Deleted by moderator allot of you off but I need some help. I have fitted a infinitie alarm to my property in spain 1 year ago and its been ok. ( I had to go wireless as I am living with solar power. The other day the local handy man knocked the sensor on the floor off my front door and the alarm went off. I tried to turn it of with the key fob but with no success and i tried to enter my user code again the alarm wouldn't shut off. In the end the only way I could turn it of was to delete everything. I am now re registering the pirs and the sensors but I don't know how to register the external siren and the gsm unit. Infinte are not answering the phones so could somebody give me a idiots guide instructions to re set them. I apriciate your help
The Trautbec Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 The Infinite, (assuming ESP), has a facility to only use the fob to turn the alarm off/on and NOT turn off during an alarm. This is probably the reason you could not turn it off. I assume you also tried the code? Just trying to do my job stuart@homeguardsecurity.co.uk

Could someone tell me how to program my 2 way siren and gsm as for some reason the control panel is calling my mobile no instead of texting me.
