Guest RickB Posted December 5, 2006 Posted December 5, 2006 I moved into my new house about 6 months ago, and it has a Galaxy 16 Plus alarm system fitted. We had a power cut yesterday and now it won't let me set the alarm, and the control panel comes up saying power failure. The green light is flashing slowly. So is it possible for me to reset this error, or do I need to get an engineer out? Also I don't know who installed or serviced the system, will this be a problem for an engineer. Thanks in advance for any help.
camerabloke Posted December 5, 2006 Posted December 5, 2006 has the fuse blown to the panel? is the MCB on, possibly dedicated circuit on the fuse board so other power will be unafected possibly fuse in panel has blown, in which case an engineer is required. try typing code and esc Eucam Security Systems 0845 4630 746 www.eucam.co.uk
