Guest TeknoTel
Hi everyone, I hope someone can help, I've just moved to Braintree and the house has an alarm with 'countess' written on the control panel but I've no user manuals and cannot find any info on this alarm. The name and telephone number on the alarm sounder reads TMW (0376) 24964 but they seem to have ceased trading. The previous owners have given my the code but I need a manual before I start changing codes etc. Can anyone help?

Guest TeknoTel
Thanks for the User Manual, Much appreciated. When Peter states it's a 'potential time bomb' what's he referring too? I've noticed that one of room pir's doesn't light - does this mean it's turned off or faulty? When I set the alarm it emits a continuous tone, so I'm assuming every thing is ok with the system at present. Thanks for you help, Terry.
The Arab
Or since you now have a manual try doing a walk test that'll at least prove if the pir is or isn't working Trade Member

What does this mean?? How do I preform a walk test?? Any help will be appriciated.
james.wilson
Tekno, no offence but i think you need someone in for this, by all means get them in fix it and ask them to train you on user functions like your bell and walk tests, how oftne they should be done, show where the coverage is etc etc. If you dont want a service contract then fine but at least get trained on how to use your system as a minimum. I assume someone will do this for a fee securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
