Derbyshire Police refuse to post photos of two wanted men because it might breach their human rights! :ranting:

Derbyshire's top policeman David Coleman claimed the killers posed 'no risk' to locals, while the force said it had to consider the Human Rights Act and data protection laws when asked to publish 'wanted' photographs of the two men.

Double Standards at it's best...

I suppose the next logical step will be that it will be made illegal to discriminate against anyone because they have a criminal record... :'(

It already is, depending on the nature of the record and its relevance to what the discrimination applies to.

Ah I remember them well - respite from the rain ... and the beat Sergeant :lol:

Those were the days when the local bobby could give a kid a clip round the ear

for miss behaving and you would run home to tell your dad and he would give

you a clip round the ear as well. :police:
