Guest
I had an 02 Partner HDi for 18 Months\60k. Once I'd filled it with custom racking it was spot on, full of tools and numerous sets of ladders\bundles of **** on the top it was quick and had everything I wanted in it. After another one now, (or Dispatch\Expert), but the Berlingo is the cheaper of the 2. The Connects are a bit more price wise, mainly because you're paying for the name. I don't think they're that good.
Guest
I would find it impossible to work out of a Astravan, sorry guys. We carry so much kit that we need the space and have Renault Trafic and Renault Kangoo. You wouldn't even fit a large CCTV monitor in a Astravan and if you do it would leave little room for anything else. We have been doing quite a lot of work with Smoke Cloak and their guys drive Trafic's. Matt I recommend your guys need these as well. The only plus point is you may get a Astra Van in a multi-story, you won't get a Kangoo or a Trafic in most of them. Dave

That's not the Berlingo at fault, it's the engine which is the same as in the Partner, Dispatch, Expert, 406 etc.... The HDi was quick, really quick. The HDi was quick, really quick. That is true. I had a Royal Mail Peugoet Partner van when I first started my business, 1.9 it was gutless. The HDi however different story, very fast. We have got cars but have been advised against claiming the VAT back for the purchase as we use the vehicle for Private as well. We are currently employing a subby due to our staff problems and he has just claimed the VAT back from the purchase of his new Shogun Sport. What do you guys do?
