Smoke Screen Posted January 27, 2007 Author Posted January 27, 2007 Honda Accord 1.8 Sport here (All the toys as standard).. and i can drive 2 /3 hundred miles in a day and not have to put up with all the niose from the tools in the back.I Love it but thinking of trading it in for the 2.2 diesel.. I have no problems with room the boot is full all the time. We also have an Escort van for the big stuff. Get the diesel, you know it makes sense. Adi Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 The only fault they have is that it makes it dificult to get into a multi-story with your ladders on the top.One of them had a head gasket go, but it was still in warranty. Other than that, rock-solid. Thats what put me off having to put ladders on top. Nice height with the astra. Been looking at telescopic ladders but the just have not got the height. Driving it is fine but as an owner I'm sick of paying to put front tyres on the bloomin' thing every 8,000 miles !Started buying part worn's off eBay as at 24,000 miles a year it's using up all my beer money. I was looking at mine the other day dont think im getting 8000 miles tho, i think its the way i drive it. I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
