SueC Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Due to ever incresing electricity costs and mortgage rates I need to make cutbacks and one of them is to switch the electric to my alarm off (Optima XL6) - how do I do this??
Guest Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Might be hasty here, but sounds like a request to defeat a panel
Adi Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 20p a year to power your alarm, so id leave it connected. Might be hasty here, but sounds like a request to defeat a panel I thought it was a wind up. I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.

sparky83 Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Is it really 20p because Ive been asked this before and not really known, I would have imagined it was more than that? Trade Member
camerabloke Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 nope its 20.56 pence per year and 20.67 on a leap Eucam Security Systems 0845 4630 746 www.eucam.co.uk
Adi Posted January 28, 2007 Posted January 28, 2007 Is it really 20p because Ive been asked this before and not really known, I would have imagined it was more than that? I just done that quickly based upon panel ticking over on 125ma @ 16 pence per kw. When i last looked at a leccy bill it was 16p for a kw of leccy which equalled 333 days at 125ma so i rounded it to 20p at a guess. So if you told a customer 25-30pence it would give them an idea. I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
