Ts400 No Info

Hi all me again, might be a stupid question, but as i know enough about these alarms , to fitt on a stamp, here goes, we have just moved into our new home, its an old house and has an alarm fitted and have had no problems with it, for five months, when ellectric goes off, the alarm is fine and doesnt trigger then when ellec comes back on again no problem, arms and dis arms fine, all sensers and switches all ok, Untill one night i set alarm in the dark, hit a couple of wrong buttons, now when ever i walk past the pir , it bleep from the panel, some kind of walk test i pressume, and now am unable to stop it doing this ,as i had no booklet left me for the alarm am at your mercy, on the out side of the house it has two bell boxes with night owl security on them and a phone number which doesnt connect to anywhere, have rang it many times, also the key pad which is also the alarm controller, only has the (ts400) ON IT AND WHAT LOOKS LIKE A PAIR OF WEIGHING SCALES, SIMBOL

please please can ANY ONE SHED ANY LIGHT ON THIS, I HAVE THE CODE TO ARM AND DISARM ONLY, NO ENGINEERING CODES, CAN ANYONE PUT ME IN CONNTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO I CAN BUY A OPERATION BOOKLET FROM, AS I NEED TO MOVE A OCTOPUSS SENSER FROM A ROOM, ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY RECEIVED, THANKS MRT

Here is a user guide for your panel. For reference, the TS400 was made by a company called Menvier. They aren't bad little panels aslong as they are looked after...

Thank you all, that was quick, as you said have turned chime on, turned it off, now the missus is off my back, you dont know what a releif that is, many thanks again, will get it checked out, for the senser move ,now i know what the alarm is, so new ceiling can be done, again ,thanks, MR T
