Im looking for a new DVR, The main things i am looking for are:

8 Channels

25fps per channel recording

Backup to CD or USB

Motion record

PTZ Support

VGA

Network with PTZ control

Record, Playback, Network, Backup etc simultaneously

Remote Control

Budget is about

You're going to be struggling for 800 quid tbh.

If you've looked at the DVR365 and decided it fits your needs then you'll really want to be upping your budget to the DVR365 level.

Do you really need 25fps per channel though, and how long do you want it to record for?
