arfur mo Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 Don't know why , but I have a feeling that admitting to being a sparkie may have been a bad idea , and as for the male / female thing , I've found it best to keep quiet on that till I get to know people a bit better ( can't find a hide behind the sofa smiley ) , but thanks all for the warm welcome Are there any benefits from becoming a full trade member ? , I thought I'd have to be SSAIB regd to get that status and as most of the stuff I do is as part of an electrical job I haven't bothered with that . Used to do alarms full time till the company I worked for went bust hi MissEllie, and a warm welcome, you do not need to be NSI or SSAIB to get trade status membership but you will be vetted and i'm living proof of that, please apply and get access to some very knowledgeable members in our ranks, there is also some very rank members and thats no bar either rega alan If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
MissEllie Posted March 17, 2007 Author Posted March 17, 2007 can't see how to save them here but if there's a shortage of smilies I can supply a few . I prefer the animated ones which I've got a fair ammount of , but what sorts would you like to see , some are funny but some people take offence to some of them so I have to be careful what I use If you can't take a joke there's not a lot of point reading my posts is there ?
camerabloke Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 you can use what you like in the trade forum, but please be careful in the public domain Eucam Security Systems 0845 4630 746 www.eucam.co.uk
