Hi Guys

Forgive me if posting in wrong section, I am looking for a user manual for the Aritech CS350, wish to inhibit a zone as I am 90% certain that a sensor is faulty and the engineer won't be out for a week.

Also its something I should really, Aritech also pulled out of Ireland so can't contact them direct.

Thanks

Rob

Hi

I can get the inhibit menu to come up but when i select the zone 03 or 3 (it comes up 03 but I have tried both) it comes up not allowed.

I press 0 - down arrow - 7 and the system starts arming, I press up arrow and I get the inhibit menu and press 03 or 3 and i get not allowed???

Not sure what I am doing wrong about 20 minutes to 2 hours later the alarm goes off.

Thanks

Rob

I'm having the same problems myself.

I bought a house recently with a CS350 alarm installed.

I come home from work and the alarm is going off.

The panel says that it is from a PIR in zone 03.

I think the zone is faulty but when I try to access the inhibit menu

the panel says access is denied.

I only have 2 arming codes: (0, Up Arrow 4) and (0, Up Arrow 5)

and a code to dis-arm the alarm.

I think I need to reset the users/engineers code to

grant access to the inhibit menu.

Any help would be grateful.
