Guest Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Can anyone please help, some years ago as part of a pay deal we were told that if we covered call for anyone off sick or if we had a shortage of engineers thus being on call more often we could book standby allowance. Does anybody have any copies of this agreement? Many to thanks Ric
