A house that my client has purchased has these units and they need moving so will need to access the panels using engineer codes etc. Any ideas on *****************also useful. Eggy Posted April 14, 2007 Share Posted April 14, 2007 I can pretty much assure you that if you're not a Castle customer, the tech support won't tell you how to get into engineering menus. And if you can't do that, on the 3000, the only means of changing the engineer codes is by changing the NVM. That panel has to be 10-15 years old, and is no longer supported in any case.
